I think somedays are made for just pulling the covers back up over your head and shutting out everyday life. I pull a "sick" day like that sometimes because I just want to heal my mind from all the "chatter" that the world emits. My downtime consists of reading a really good fictional novel. Hope you find something to emotionally equip you for future days like this.
